Tritium Night Sights for Colt XSE

I would like to put Tritium night sights on my Colt XSE (recently purchased new). Can someone give me a product link to either a Trijicon or Meprolight product that fits the Novak cut in the XSE? I don't want to buy the wrong sights on-line.
