Met someone who told me there was a park in Ramona where you could purchase a $5.00 car load permit to shoot. He said the tickets were being sold out of outfits like 7-11's. Can anyone confirm this?
I would also appreciate directions, coming from the south near Bonita.

If you are in Bonita, head east past Brown field. There is BLM land with very easy access were you can shoot. A current BLM map will help you to stay legal.

I used to live in Chula Vista, and this was about 15 minutes from my house.

BLM = Beaureu of Land Management. They manage federal lands.
