Hi all,
I originally posted this enquiry on the bolt and lever action division and had no takers so I thought I would try here in more detail.
I have a Yugoslav K.98 in 7.92. I have fitted it with a Vortex 2-7 variable long eye relief scope. I have used the S&K scout Mount but have had to shim the scope to get any sort of elevation. I am thinking of moving to the BadAce Tactical Non Drilling Tapping Mount.
Before I order it, has anyone any experience or feed back on these mounts?
Any info gratefully received.

I installed one for a customer and it was a good mount but its not as solid as drilling and mounting it to your receiver.
