Doublestack 1911 trigger replacement?
I have a Para Pro custom 14.45 and I love it but I'm not digging the polycarbonate trigger. I'd like to replace it with a metal one, maybe brushed aluminum....idk. I don't think they're standard 1911 triggers. Anyone have experience with or suggestions on this?

They are not standard. Dlask makes one as did sti/cmc. I would check brownells. Not sure if sti/cmc still make it. Egw may also make one.

The Dlask triggers look cool, are very light, but a bear to install. The magnesium shoe is "grabby" and the titanium bows are usually not straight, requiring a lot of massaging. I think I have one, that's had some fitting done to it already, and if so, and you want it, even just to mess around as a hobby gunsmith, PM me an address and I'll send it to you.
