I'm keeping an eye on things.

If things get crazy enough, I might part with my AR, the approximately 25 30-round magazines, and roughly 2,500 rounds of ammo that I have.

But I doubt if I would consider less than $3,500.

Went to a gunshow Dec 29 & 30. For the past 3 years, there was always the same dealer selling AKs for around $500. This time the dealer was there with few AK and the price was $900.
Magazines have also quadrupled in price.

Only 2500 rounds? There is always the 2501st Zombie.

Anyway, before the crisis, I was thinking about trading my full stocked and carry handle AR for a M4 configuration. But I procrastinated and got Black Swanned. I'm going to ride it out and see if things come back to normal.

Then, I'll rethink it.

My buddy has been trying to get me to buy an AK parts kit and build one up. He bought the jigg and tools and built a few last year. I never really jumped at the project, because I just didn't really want another AK.

Yesterday, I was talking with him and he was all excited because the old parts kits he purchased for $150 a year ago are now selling for $500+ on Gun Broker!

I guess I won't be getting a parts kit and home built AK again this year!

That's why I have close to 20,000 rounds of .22 LR.

I just bought a bunch of 22 LR and three 25 round Ruger 10/22 mags before the panic. I'm waiting for them.

I was looking at the inventory - and I have a lot of 22 LR guns.

I love my Ruger SS Bearcat. I use it for new shooters' first time.

I would sell if for a grand though!

I'm going to shoot Steel with my Buckmark this weekend!

You might be able to buy one to replace it at some point in the future, for less than you sold this one for.

You might not be able to buy one to replace it ever again, for any price.

You've got to ask yourself one question....

If I had a one of those AKs, I'd sell it myself. And now for the $1,000 question:

Do you feel lucky today?

Is that right and do I win a prize (or cookie?)

Look at the prices on full auto's...
If semi auto's get added to the NFA, and their is a ban on new ones, a registered one could easily go stratospheric in price.
I'm sure that guys who bought DEWAT MG's for $75 out of magazine ads in 1965 had no idea what they would be worth today.

Mike, you could sell half your magazines and probably get back what you paid for everything.
