Minnesota full auto interest

I've got a basic understanding of how to aquire a fully automatic gun or DIAS, I need a few clarifications. Where would you find either the gun or the DIAS. Also how exactly does it work...do you pay the class 3 dealer big money then go get the stamp and wait a while? what if the stamp doesn't get aproved? do you go get your money back? How come the auto weapons are so expensive? is it to keep people from getting them? What would be a good entry level gun or DIAS?

Find the gun, find a dealer who will do the transfer...pay for the gun, have it transfered to your dealer, then have it transfered to you.

If you are lucky...you might have a dealer with a gun you want in your area.

They are expensive because they can't be made anymore for civilian sales.

Entry level:
Mac ~3K
Reising ~4K
FN/FNC ~8K
