A Case Dryer is nothing more than a food dehydrator... like the ones most of us used to make beef jerky with .... keep an eye out at yard sales .
I bought a larger dehydrator to make more beef jerky at a time and now use the older smaller one for case drying .

I just lay them out on a towel in my man cave. They're probably dry in 18 hours or so; but I leave them out for a couple days. I live in a dry climate, btw.

From my experience, any attempt to fast-dry them, seems to bring about some tarnishing.

as per Nick_c_s, I slosh them back and forth in a dark colored towel, and then spread them out on the same dark colored towel outside in the Florida sun. It's dang humid here and I live next to a saltwater marsh. Regardless the combination a dark colored towel and direct sunlight thoroughly dries mine in an hour or two.

I just ordered this one. It will be here tomorrow.

I bought one like that one. It is great what I like about it is the top mount fan. What I don't on mine is no timer.
