10ga. headspace spec
Hello Chaps,
Would anyone know what the SAAMI headspace specification on a 10ga is? Alternatively does anyone know of a source of 10ga go/no-go gauges? Brownells carries the Manson and Clymer 12ga but not a 10ga. If I'm unable to souce an actual gauge my backup plan is to try several Plasti-gauge strips and average out the results. Any comments? Regards, UK2TX |

SAAMI headspace specification on a 10ga moveable breech is 0.0764" max 0.0624" min.

Hello Chaps,
Well it would appear no one carries a 10ga go / no-go gauge. Does anyone have any opinions on the Pasti-gauge plan? Email your suggestions if you feel that your comments are not appropriate for the great unwashed ( i.e. Joe Public ). Regards, UK2TX |
