sig p238 trigger job for dumbies

i have been reading about doing a trigger job on the sig p238 but i havent found any thing too useful about it. i have read something about the leaf springs need straightened on one side and do this and polish that.
has any one here done a trigger job on this pistol? what tools will i need? will i be able to accomplish this just there at the table or will i need vise etc. how difficult is it?

If it other than a drop in part I usually leave the trigger work to a good gunsmith.

Contact teddy jacobson @ actions by "t" in sugarland, texas. He can solve any trigger problem you might be having with that sig.

Tell him that michael in sealy said "howdy & shalom"

Teddy just rocks !!!!

Alternative contact: Mr. Alex hamilton @ 10-ring precision, san antonio, texas. Found member of the "apg" and has about 40 years experience. Check out his website & services.

Tell him that michael in sealy referred you to contact him.

Is Teddy still taking work? I had him do a Python about a decade ago and it is great still. I thought he retired a while back.

It was nice to just drive to his house and talk to him. He lived only about 5 miles from me here in greater Houston.

Teddy jacobson, pistolsmith

Yes, the "t" man is still slaving at his workbench, although not quite with the intensity he did many years ago. Has been having some personal health issues lately which have really had a negative affect on his production schedule. He & i converse via email almost weekly.

Excellent decision. Tell "t" that michael in sealy advised you to see him & that he said "shalom & keep them in the 10-ring"

in fact, the intrinsic $$$$$ value of your pistol will increase after he has tuned it, because his reputation is so well known.

i love investment gain but the only two pistols i will send him will not be going any where. one is a cheapo 1911 matte nickle from rock island arms and the other is the rainbow titanium sig p238 with black pearl grips. the cheapo is my go to gun it is accurate although every one will tell u that it is a knock off and i cant possibly shoot out the bulls eye at 20 yards with it. the sig is just flat out sexy no other would could describe it
