Which Shooting Timer?

I want to get a timer for training? I really just want to do a couple of basic things...

I want:
the double beep for delayed start and stop for dry fire practice.
To measure beep to gunfire times
To measure gunfire to gunfire...splits
To have an immediate start for timing others and doing the above.

If hearing dry fire hammer falls was possible, that would be cool.

Also, I would like to be able to measure me when another shooter is shooting like 30 feet away. It might be nice to adjust to be more sensitive and measure others.

Are there other features I need for self development?

Also, I need to keep under $150.
