HK USP40 & Taurus mod 450 45colt

I have several questions. Can anyone help? First, I have an H&K USP40 that I would like to equip with an internal laser, but cannot find a supplier. Second, I have a Taurus model 450 .45Colt 2 1/2 inch ported barrel, stainless. Problem is the front sight has turned very black from the powder residue escaping from the ports. I have scrubbed vigoursly to no avail. Third, I am in desperate need of a set of pachmyr grips for a Dan Wesson model 15-2 .357. I have tried the Houge grips, but they dont fit, and the factory wood grips are very awkward, and tend to slip from my hands when firing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
