IWB Holster Lifetime?

How long should one expect an IWB holster to last if used daily?

After learning about it here I picked up an Uncle Mike's #10 for my LCP and have been pleased with it. After 2 years of nearly daily use it's finaly worn through at the trigger guard. This doesn't bother me at all, as I've definately gotten my $10 out of it.

My question is whether other similar holsters are expected to last much longer or if I should just get another #10.

I think if my Alien Gear iwb ever failed they would replace it. Kydex should outlive me and leather should last 5+ years before wearing excessively.

I'll give another go vote for Alien Gear. Most comfortable holster I've ever worn.

I've been using a CBST in horsehide for 3+ years (IIRC), and I bought it used. Still going strong.
