Glock 34 trigger options

I have owned my G34 for almost a year and have kept the mods to a minimum because, to be frank, it's an excellent shooter out of the box.

I have done some research and found the most popular trigger mod is a Wolff 4lb striker spring. Does anyone have ant first-hand experience with these? Do they really suffer from light primer strikes? I do not plan on competition shooting or using any reloads; this is my primary paper hole-punching gun.

I have also heard that simple polishing of some the internal parts seem to work, but then again I've heard bad outcomes to doing so so I'm reluctant to go that route. I'm looking for more of a drop-in part, thanks all.
