VSS Vintorez?
they would probably be SBR and would probably need a form for the suppressor, but where would you get 9x39mm? Have they been imported at all? Anyone have and info?

They are not importable for several reasons...
- they would fall under the NFA... all NFA weapons were banned from import except for LE / Govt sales... this was part of the GCA of 1968... this is why one never sees FACTORY imported SBR's, SBS"S and SUPRESSORS. - there is a trade aggreement between us the Russia that specifies in great detail the firearms that cen be imported for commercial sale. 1. VSS is both integrally silenced AND select-fire weapon
2. it is NOT exported to any private buyers; it's a 'government only' item that can be exported legally from Russia only through the state-owned ROE agency which deals strictly with government-level wholesale buyers. |
