Anyone had any experience with the Norinco 1897 copies? They look pretty good for the price.

I hred that arround 500-700 rds that there is excessive wear on internal parts due to soft steel not properly tempered.....also IAR is also suppose to come out with one shortly..hope this helps PS I looked at three norinco at a local dealers new in box all had cracked stocks...

Ned Roundtree I believe just picked on up. Why don't you post in the cowboy section. Or look up the archives on it. I don't think he has had a chance to try it out yet.
