Can I post a poll after I already submitted new thread?
I can't seem to add a poll to my existing thread. In the FAQ section, it insinuates that it can be done, but I've tried editing the thread and posts with no luck.
Can I "post a poll" to a thread that I've already submitted? I saw the option there when I first submitted the thread, but I don't see it now. Here is the thread in question.. http://thefiringline.com/forums/show...06#post4441606 Thanks! |

Yes, you can add a poll to a thread you have created, but only during a 30 minute time window. It is assumed that the thread creator knows before starting a thread that it will be a poll, so a prolonged wait to add a poll is not only rare, it is counter productive since other members may have already read the thread and moved on.
