Thread size
So... My remmie had a stuck screw...loader handle(?) screw in the front frame. Had to drill and extract it out- what size thread tap is that hole? That screw had gave me trouble from day one and I want to tap it before getting a new screw.
T.I.A Sully Ps.. Yes, a couple new small scratches there btw-- oh well, gives it character. |

using an analog NGK dial caliper.
closest thread diameter I get is .152 inch this is 3.86 mm The bolt was most likely 4mm before the threads were cut. the thread pitch is .70mm Thus your tap will likely be 4 mm x .70mm But I would get the screw first and confirmyours is the same. |
