It's also a pretty good bet that if you can't find information for a particular bullet/cartridge/powder combination from the powder manufacturer, they already did the testing and found that, for whatever reason, it was NOT a good combination or was even unsafe.
Actually, most Ramshot powders seem to suffer from a lack of published data. The company itself does not seem to do extensive testing/load development, and few bullet manufacturers seem to use it for their manuals.

But, that doesn't make it inflexible powder.

Silhouette does seem to have data for cartridges in the 35,000 psi catagory, but they are typically shorter than the .327/.357/.41/.44 Magnums. I think Silhouette is just too fast to be optimum in those longer types of cartridges, so what little data has been produced is focused on cartridges where it will do the best job. That seems to be the short, high pressure cartridges and the long, low pressure cartridges.

But, perhaps it IS unsuitable in long, high-pressure cartridges. I agree with your point that we don't have a safe way to find out for ourselves. I just disagree that the lack of data is a sure sign that it would be an unsuitable load.

But, the OP doesn't have Ramshot Silhouette, he has Winchester Action Pistol.

As Tim pointed out there is a lot of info for it available.

Ramshot data may be scarce in some reloading manuals, but that is hardly the fault of Ramshot. Actually Ramshot and Accurate do quite a bit of testing/load development. They update their manuals on a regular basis. Although their data may not be what you could call extensive, there is quite a bit and more than most. Check out their 223 data, how many other data sources have over 2 pages that also includes 5.56 high pressure loads?
