FunGramps, please explain: Is this certificate just for a permission slip to purchase a firearm? It has nothing to do with carry permits, is that correct?
As I understand it, the safety training requirement part of 1639 applies only to purchases of assault weapon type rifles. Why is this posted under Semi-Auto handguns? https://www.atg.wa.gov/initiative-16...ety%20training
