Visiting family in Colorado
I'm heading to Colorado for a few days for vacation, in past trips I have carried as Colorado honors my resident permit for Utah.
I have done a little reading on handgunlaw.us but am still un-informed on many things like mag capacity and other restrictions, especially the new ones that just recently took place. Can any of you tell me what restrictions/infringements I should make sure I'm following while in Colorado, specifically Denver.

The CO state magazine capacity limit has a grandfather clause, and the law specifically requires the prosecution to prove that the magazine is not grandfathered. In most cases, this makes the ban basically unenforceable against a person who could lawfully own a firearm prior to July 1st, 2013, and who possesses a firearm and magazine that could have conceivably been lawfully obtained prior to that date. More info here:
