Charging Handle Recommendations for Scoped AR15s

..putting together 2 Areo Precision ARs, 1 in .223 Wylde stainless steel & 1 in 5.56 black nitride but need charging handles. The .223 Wylde will get a variable scope & offset irons while the 5.56 will get BUIS with a Red Dot. Any recommendations? Ones to avoid?

For a scoped AR, you will probably want something with a large latch release, like the BCM model 3B. Or possibly even an ambi charging handle. BCM makes some good ones.

Thanks Bozz10mm. I'll take a look. I read some reviews y'day on recommended Charging Handles but only 1, the Power Custom AR15 Steel CH, was specifically mentioned as superior for scoped ARs. ..figure there's gotta be more than that out there, although right off it sounded like a good 1 for about $70.

+1 on what Bozz10mm said. Pretty much anything extended latch will work. A standard one will work but it can be a pain depending on where you mount the scope.
