I decided to try Meguiar's Cold Glass All Metal Restorer in the media for cleaning brass. Has low wax content, uses polymers for protective coating.

I used it on 550 cases that I reloaded with Winchester Small Pistol primers. I know some people have problems with the older WSPs and lack of sensitivity, but these are the new ones and I have had only one failure to fire in the first 1200 or so.

Well, last weekend I had three primer failures. I have not had time to check further, but am hoping that there is no relationship between the polymers used by Meguiar's and the failing primers.

Anyone knowledgeable on this or polymer protective coatings used by several companies?
