How can I fix my .22 conversion kit?

Hi guys!
problem:I have a ceiner .22 ar15 conversion kit. It has a couple hiccups. I have stovepipes every 8-14 shots. The spent casings get thrown up into the upper left "no mans land" of the action. Not really a stovepipe..but you get the point the spent casing jams up the action. They get jammed in the operating rod and thus leave remedial and immediate action useless. I have to break open the rifle, remove the kit. Then pull the bolt back a little bit so the casing flies out. I dried running it dry, lubed, greased, extra greased, really clean, dirty and she still spits em into that friggin corner. What do you reccomend I do. Ive tried numerous ammunitions from CCI mini-mags to remington thunderbolts and the problem seems the same from brand to brand. Also, the kit has had 400 or so rounds through it. Im praying its a break in thing. Suggestions?

I don't know, have you contacted the company yet? Seems like the last thing people do.

Or Google 'Ceiner AR-15' and see what comes up.

thanks ill google it and cal the company last resort, word on the street is ceiners customer support is nonexistent.

well, i guess you could sent it to me and i will put it thru long term testing to identify the problem for you. figure 3 months minimum.
not sure i can fix it, but id be happy to shoot the heck out of it for you!

I have heard less than stella things about his kits. The general thought on customer service is even worse. Sorry if this bursts your bubble. Have you tried different brands of ammo? I have a Advantage Arms kit for my 1911 and all that works in it is Remington Golden Bullets. CCI, Federal jam after the firts rnd. Try different ammo and maybe you'll find one that works. Stay with it and don't give up.

I own a Ciener conversion. They are iffy at best. Forget about customer service, it does not exist. You will have to use high dollar ammo to get enough recoil to get it to function properly. It seems to be the same with every one they make.

I hear most people have good times with CCI minimagz, but the remington thunderbolts get the same results, and the minimags cost 2.5x as much >:| errr
I dont want to use "high dollor ammo" haha, Thats why I bought a .22 kit!
