This poor subject is beat to death..

..but I will do it anyway...the combination of defense guns is almost endless...sometimes I have thought about my choices and have slowly decided and changed a little here and there....1) Colt Gov't 45(5 mags, 4 in two USGI pouches...about 500 rds. ammo)...2) revolver(still undecided)...3) m1 carbine(5 30 rd mags, 4 in USGI pouch...5 15 rd mags, 4 in two USGI pouches...about 1000-1500 rds. ammo)...3) win model 12 riot gun....about 250 rds ammo...4) larger caliber longarm(still undecided)...I have other guns but this is stuff that, in addition to being for shooting pleasure is designated should bad circumstances happen....no need to dwell on this on a daily basis but it is smart to follow the Boy Scout code....just in case...lots of ideas and ideals out there..most would work well..it is all a matter of personal choice..
