I was wonderin since its warm again, I need to buy a holster, belt, and mag pouches. I really, really like leather and was thinking about buying a galco for for ipsc but i keep noticing that everyone is using a kydex or injection molded holster I will just be shooting production so if any one knows which way to go could you yell my way. PLEASE i am just beggining to become confused i have been pondering on this since december and cant figure it out on my own so if you can give a hand let me know
Thanks a ton BO

Depending on which pistol you're using, kydex is probably the best value for money; it fits most guns perfectly, since it's molded to specific models, it doesn't retain moisture/oil/grease/sweat, most of them "lock" onto the pistol just tight enough to retain the gun through whatever you'll need to do (and they're adjustable to boot). A two piece inner/outer velcro belt set-up is quick and easy to put on and adjust, and if you ever want to sell it, they'll sell quick too.

Kydex is faster, but I have a better time when I'm using leather.

Kydex will never have the COOL factor of leather. Ernie Hill was the MAN!
