Springfield RO question

I was thinking of changing the adj sights on my springfield RO to a fixed night sight, but the slide is modified for the adj sight. Is there a sight that works best with the RO when changing over to a night sight? This is my first 1911 A1, so I'm still learning alot about this firearm. Any help would be great.

Found a thread with the Harrison T2 sight, does anyone have any +'s or -'s on this sight?

I use the Harrison fixed rear with a Dawson Precision tritium front sight.

Here is my review of the Harrison.
