Cpl/ccw appeal questions!?!??

Hey guys has anyone themselves or know of someone who has gone through this process if so I'd like to ask

1.what's the cost of appeals including attorney fees...
2. Do they provide one and/or what would one charge for personal hire, ball park wise, I'm figuring it's not a case of defense in a criminal manner in which he/she is needed.....

I've not been denied but post poned twice with no convictions jus a aquttial for a charge 11yrs ago....
BTW this is in macomb county MI
And my 1st board meeting was in june then august and now I'm waiting for the next date which is not known....
