Wood treatment of NilGrif grips

Nil Griff offers a very expensive oil/finish for his grips, plus it is in Germany, which makes it more expensive delivered here.
Anybody have an alternative to this? For those who don't know them, they make really nice competition pistol grips.

Would something like Truoil or Timberluxe work for your application?
I looked into a set of Nil for my HK P7s, but heard the thin top chip too easily

The USA importer for Nill Griffe Grips is MacTec Enterprises. Contact them to see if they can help you. http://mactecsales.com/v/contact-info.html

I have two sets of Nill Griffe on target pistols. I don't really worry about cosmetics because both grips have been sanded and putty placed where needed for better fit to my hand. Kind of ruins the looks, but helps me shoot better.
