Fully Auto Question
I'm sure this has already been covered in another thread, but oh well. I'd still like some input.
Can you legally modify one of your guns to be fully auto, or do you have to buy a pre-existing full auto from a class III FFL? |

Only if you want to end up in Club Fed...
Technically you could submit an application to manufacture a full auto, but the ATF isn't approving any of those applications. (I believe it is called a Form 1) Stick with Semi-Auto. Conversion to full-auto is a felony (federal at that) and thus you would lose your privelage to own or carry firearms. Read this... http://www.recguns.com/Sources/IIF1.html |
