God Bless Texas - Suppressors - see L and CR

Hunting with a supressor is now legal in Texas.

Yee Haa! Those deer in my Austin neighborhood are in trouble now

(Just Kidding)

The one thing that does bother me with that is if the density of deer hunters increases greatly in a single area and everyone is supressed, .... that seems a little nerve wracking to me.

Now if we could just get open carry...

What? people might become jealous of each others suppressors? I'm assuming you are talking about accidental shootings.

How does a rifle with a 140 decibel muzzle blast increase the chances of an accident over a rifle with a 165 decibel muzzle blast? Loud guns don't make up for idiots behind the triggers.

While this is a NFA issue, there is also a thread in L and CR.

To avoid duplicates, please go to

Thanks
