Unique with Hornady 250 xtp in 45 colt

I've got 4 manuals and have been on line and can't find a recipe for unique in my Rossi 45 colt using the 250 xtp. I've loaded 260 and 290 cast with it but don't want to mess up on these. I can use Titegroup or HP 38 if nothing listed for unique. Hoping someone has manual or more info than I can find.

I didn't look at Ruger only loads. I don't know if Roosi m92 can handle them or not.

Lee and lyman don't list what test was.
I didn't give any data from ruger only, freedom arms, etc.
It is quite warm.
I don't load 45 colt, so I can't help much.

I did find it in Hornady 9th. 7.3 was max. I'm still curious if I can load the Rossi hotter since it's a rifle. For now better safe than sorry.

Unique powder---start 7.8---755 fps---maximum 8.7--877 fps
tested in universal receiver and Ruger Blackhawk 7 1/2" barrel
Just for comparison as this data is above Hornady's

Your Rossi '92 will most assuredly handle heavy "Ruger only" loads.
If your Rossi will feed it, you may find the RCBS 270-SAA to be a very accurate bullet.

I've got a friend on here that cast some 290 grain swc. Lyman mold I think. It really likes them. I'm just saving them for hunting. I had a box of the xtp I bought when I first got vaquero.
