P38 magazine question

I just acquired an AC 43 P38 recently. The magazine is unmarked. I'm wondering if this could be correct for an AC43 or not? I was told they should be marked and some say its period correct and does not have to be marked to be original. It looks like just like any other p 38 magazine except its unmarked. I'm hoping having this magazine does not effect the value? Could it be a P1 magazine?

I would say your magazine is not a wartime magazine but post war and not matching. Link to the P38 forum and go to the WWII P38 section.
