need a load for 7mm HIMSA

I own a 7mm HIMSA and the ammo I got with the rifle is just about to expire, and have everything to reload but I donĀ“t know any recipe.
any advice is welcome!

Pepemarine, you might want to visit The Reload Bench for reloading data on the 7mm IHMSA cartridge. I show the case length to be 1.8660" and the overall cartridge length to be 2.750". Hope this helps!

Shot one for years, in handgun. My load was 32gr of ww748, CCI BR2 primers, with 139gr Hornady SP. This was not a hot load in my handgun, but please be carefull.
