Lee auto drum

I have a Lee 4 hole turret press that came with the auto drum powder measure. I'm going to add the Lee safety prime system. I know with the auto disk measure you need a riser, just wondering if anyone here knows if I will need the riser for the auto drum? I know it's not as bulky as the auto disk, so I wasn't sure.

I only have the autodisk but I’m pretty sure you will need the riser. The safety prime ends up swinging its corner of the plastic primer holder into the cylinder area above the turret. Even with the riser I have to position the autodisk a certain direction to regularly clear it or barely bump it.

I tried to run the Autodrum on my Lee Classic Turret, but ended up with the riser.

You could probably do it without the riser if you pre-primed the brass, but with the Safety Prime I think you'll need the riser

Good choice, by the way. The LCT has served a lot of people well, me included.
