Bullet seating Depth

I have a Rem 700 with a Lilja barrel 26" long and 1 1/8 in diameter with a Jewel trigger and a Tasco scope that goes to 32x in 22-250. I consistantly shoot in the 4's or less. I measure ogive to base on each round and keep them within .003 length. Would getting them less than .003 help me? I only shoot at 100 yds.

I doubt it. Certainly not as much as figuring out if you are at the optimum bullet jump for your gun or not. Read this article to get something to play with before agonizing over jump precision.
