Run this way! It doesn't take long to get used to the paddle release. Getting over that hurdle, a lot of people find value in it. The movement required to activate it is in line with the pistol as opposed to perpendicular. Besides feeling more elegant, it frees up space on the grip and is a lot harder to accidentally depress when holstered.

Actually, euro heel type magazine releases are not bad. They are about as fast as conventional magazine releases with practice.

Seven high, what I actually found so funny was Mustey's "runs away, throwing obstacles behind him." I'm not a huge fan of the heel mag release, but I've only ever had one pistol that had one. IMHO, it's fine in a target pistol, but I don't want one in a carry pistol.
