J. Stevens company shotgun

Can anyone help me? My father found a shot gun burried on his construction site and I want to know what it is I have. The only thing stamped on the side is " J. Stevens Arms Company, Chicopee Falls, Mass."
It's a single barrel break open style shotgun. (20 gauge I think) There is nothing else stamped on the side.

Does it look like this one?

Stevens made about 20 or 30 similar models. The one I've seen the most is the Model 94. I don't recall when they made them - maybe from the '30s to the '60s.
