J. Stevens company shotgun
Can anyone help me? My father found a shot gun burried on his construction site and I want to know what it is I have. The only thing stamped on the side is " J. Stevens Arms Company, Chicopee Falls, Mass."
It's a single barrel break open style shotgun. (20 gauge I think) There is nothing else stamped on the side. |

Does it look like this one?
www.joesalter.com/detail.php?f_qryitem=3738 Stevens made about 20 or 30 similar models. The one I've seen the most is the Model 94. I don't recall when they made them - maybe from the '30s to the '60s. John |
