Does anyone here have any experience with Berger VLD Hunting bullets?

I was looking at external ballistics for 6.5 and 6.8 130-140 grain bullets from a 24 inch barrel- not the tacticool 16" ...... and was wondering if anyone had tried these ..... The BC of thes things are unbelievable...... so is the price.

I am deciding on whether to get a 6.5 or a 6.8 upper for my daughter to hunt deer with...... what is the heaviest bullet you have loaded ? What velocity are you getting with that? Load data?

I'm using the 180gr VLD's out of my 7mag Sendero. I had to email berger for load advice since it coulnd't be found anywhere. I'm 5 gr over max with no signs of pressure and shoving the bullet at about 3050fps. They shoot awesome. There website has some tips on making them shoot in your gun.

I've use the 150 Bergers in my 270 Win. They work, they are accurate and I think they would work in your 6.8 though I've don't shoot the 6.8 so can't say for sure.
