Non firearm training?
Who else her trains to defend themselves with something other than a firearm?
I've been in martial arts of some sort since I was young, 10 years old or so. Train in brazilian jiu-jitsu currently and have done, boxing, judo, aikido, kick boxing etc... Always had lots of fun doing it and it gives me a varied range of tools over most people. Recently been giving thought to finding ways to use what I learn as it applies to my gun or knife. One of the cops I train with regularly actually carries a boot knife. Said he always figured that if he really needed a knife because he was wrestling with a guy he could pull guard and stab the head/neck. My first reaction was of morbid surprise, but the more I thought about it the more it made sense. |

We offer a Sabre pepper spray training class. Its a great intermediate tool and perfect for those who cannot carry a handgun at work, etc.
People tend to think "oh you just spray it, why do you need training?"...Its alot more than that and its a great class.
