Holster for 1911 w/rail?

Does anyone make a stock IWB holster for a 4" 1911 with the rail? I have a Kimber Pro TLE/II w/rail that I intend to make one of my CCW pieces when I can get away with an IWB holster, but haven't found much out there to work with at the range.

How about for full-size Caspian frames (SiG GSR, Kimber Warrior/Desert Warrior/TLE RL)? I'm not a fan of Kydex, and haven't found a any non-custom leather or nylon IWBs for them yet...
