A 'Use of Deadly Force' section for SWAT mag
Reading all the unusual or rare "what if" scenerios or actual events that armed civilians come across asking themselves and others what if this scenerio happened, could they defend themselves or others using deadly force, I was thinking if it would be a useful addition to S.W.A.T. magazine to have articles by someone of legal profession or even those who have personally been through such a scenerio using deadly force to give some hands on and expert advice.
Of course there are probably numerous books on this subject, but looking at what the magazine is all about, it would be an interesting addition to the contents of the magazine. |

DD-
For myself, as Publisher, I generally don't shrink from various topics in fear of being sued....it goes with the territory. But this would be one column that would absolutely beg for litigation. Use of deadly force advice is never cut and dried. I'd hate to take responsibility for trying to cover the topic in one or two page pieces. Rich
