Any 2A gifts from Santa?

Anybody wants to share their 2A gifts from Santa?

Mine is arriving late. I still don't have my mind made up. I am trying to decide between:

1) Ruger SFAR 20" barrel
2) KRG Bravo chassis for Savage (not released yet)
3) HK P30SK DA/SA option

I'll update when Santa makes up his mind.

PSA had a clearance on Taylor's 1911 in 9mm. I bought one, almost bought two.

Midway, Palmettostatearmory and Brownells all seem to be having deals this season.

5.7x28mm ammo at PSA $35 for a box of 50.

10mm ammo at PSA for $25 for a box of 50.

Federal .22LR for $20 for 325 rounds (about $.06 a round).

BUSHNELL TRS 1X25MM RED DOT 731303 at PSA for $60.

I'm really NOT a shill for PSA it's just that their deals are the ones I've looked at most recently and as of today they're all still available.

If you want something REALLY out of the ordinary in the firearms category you can get "One of them there twelve-gauge, double-barrel, pump-action shotguns" and when someone scoffs and says "No such a thing" you can pull this out of your tactical range bag. (DP-12 for $1,000).

Help in getting those 'dime-sized' groups

I suspect I might be getting this for Christmas---a three inch in diameter fake dime.

As a teen, getting into guns, shooting and reloading, Santa gave me some shooting related gifts, I remember one year it was a can of IMR 4320. Pretty sure "Santa" listened to what my Dad suggested....

When I got older and started a family of my own, I put in place the gently rule, please do NOT get Dad (me) gun/reloading stuff for gifts. Because back in those early days, it was almost a certainty that well meant gifts of "gun stuff" would be the wrong stuff for what I had. In late years, with my collection expanded to cover a much broader range of calibers and things. it would be more likely that what ever I got would be useful, but by then, our tradition was long established. Dad gets the gun stuff himself, so he gets the right stuff.

One year when it was new and popular I got three (3) sets of the VCR tapes for that historically bad movie, Pearl Harbor. One from "Santa", and one from a nephew, and one from another extended family member, because of my interest in history, they felt it was something I would enjoy. They were right, in principle. Down side was I got 3 copies of a move who's only correct historical fact was that the Japanese did attack Pearl Harbor on Dec 7 1941. Nearly everything else in that particular movie is Hollywood fantasy, They did mean well, though.

Santa and I are giving bamaboy (now fully grown) a shot timer. Santa also found him a deal on 2 P-mags.......one to fit the AR-10, and the other the 22 (?) round glock17 number

You're gonna be happy with that KRG Bravo chassis. I have a KRG chassis on my Howa 1500. I think I like it more than most other quality ones out there.
