Were can I buy a bolt that runs through the side of the stock?

Here are some thoughts:

Pretty sure that's the same gun as the Mossberg 395K.

Did you check http://www.gunpartscorp.com/?

If there are any reputable old gunshops near you, check there. You may get lucky...or they can probably make one for you.

The bigger gunshows will usually have some parts guys. Again, you'll need some luck.

And if you're really lucky, someone will read your inquiry who has the part.

You may be able to make a replacement (adapt a generic flat-head machine screw) yourself if you, or someone you know, is handy.

Usually better to have a gunsmith do it, though.
