Choosing 300 Blackout Barrel

So I need some help choosing 300 blackout barrel length and twist.
Couldn't find exactly what I was looking for on here, and google has a lot of hearsay, kind of flat-earther type rants lol. I have read everything from no less than 8", to 5" is perfect, even one forum guy said .5 of an inch plus the twist for minimum length.

Obviously big thing is proper length and twist for stabilization, dont need no baffle strikes.

So what are proper lengths and twist based on first-hand experience or real science, not just so-and-so said blah blah

For me, specifically, I am looking for as short as possible, for an AR, running a suppressor, subsonics only. I have other 300blk guns I use for supers.
