Black Buck doe or Axis doe?
Dear Y'all, I have been given a work bonus to hunt either a Black Buck doe or a Axis doe next month here in Central Texas. Which should I choose? Is one better eating? I've only ever shot Whitetail deer. Are they much different than Whitetail?
Thank you in advance. Billygun |

Probably six of one, half-dozen of the other.
I happen to think that the hide of the blackbuck is prettier, but YMMV. |

Axis are MUCH bigger than blackbuck. Blackbuck are damn tasty though.
