I have been having problems opening threads in several of the forums. I click on the thread to open it as normal and then the computer sits there and the bar at the bottom of the screen indicating the thread is loading inches, well millimeters along. The thread never does open. I tried to open Hardball's threads in this forum and only the one with no replies would open. I can't get into anything in General, all the threads except the once cited here in Suggestions, and that is as far as I have gone.

I've noticed that lately the response time is so long that sometimes my browser times out and gives me the "page not found" error page.

When was the last time that happened, Libertarian? If it was this AM, it was me working in the back room. This changeover has been really taxing as we've tried to do the maintenance without shutting the site down for several days.
I was probably the cause this AM. Rich |

My problem was Sunday night. Thanks Rich, for all your efforts. Now if you could find a Cray for the home computer.
