New to Highpower Comp reloading, hep me narrow the information.

I am not new to reloading, but new to NRA/CMP/EIC competition. I will be using a White Oak upper 1/7 twist with a Rock River lower. A friend gave me several hundred each Sierra Match King 69g, 77g, 80g bullets. I have a Dillon 550B progressive press. I also have Redding 223 competition 3 die set as well. I have used a Redding bench rest powder measure to measure IMR 4895 for my M1. I have used the Dillon as a single stage press in the past. I have about 10 pounds of Reloader-15 that I would like to use for a full season of competition. Is Reloader-15 ok to use for the different bullet weights as listed above, and what about the different distances 200, 300, & 600 yards. Thanks in advance for the information. I have gained great insight from this forum and am hopeful for more of the same.

Check out Alliant Powder's site. They have loads for both 69 and 77 grain SMKs, but not for the 80 grainers.

Load Data has several loads for the 80 grain SMKs, from 22 to 24 grains of powder with an OAL of 2.550". This may not work in your gun, but it is listed for use in a 1 in 7" twist rifle.

Perhaps this will help, but the fast answer is yes you can load all three weights with RL 15. Now, the thing is, will your rifle like the loads? Only range time can answer that question.

When I got my White Oak Upper, (20 in. 1:7) John recommended WW brass and 24.1 grs to 24.4 grs of R-15 for both 77 SMKs (200 & 300) and 80 SMKs (600 & 1000 yards).

I went with that and it works quite well for me. I've played with other bullets but keep coming back to these.

I load 24.1 grains of REL 15 with RP 7 1/2 primers using both RP and LC cases. Overall length of 77 grain Sierra MK's or Nosler Custom Competition both at 2.250-2.255".
The 80 grain Sierra's you know are single loaded and overall length of the loaded round is 2.400" plus. You need to measure the distance to the lands in YOUR rifle with the 80 gr. SMK's My WOA with 80 SMK to touch the lands is 2.472 oal to just touch the lands. WOA says they do best .005-.015" off the lands. My loaded length for the 80 grain SMK in my rifle is 2.459". It's strange that the 77 gr load is 24.1 while the 80 gr load max listed is 24.3. The 77 SMK extends well into the case while the 80 grain doesn't. Some shoot the 69 grain out to 200 300 yards and some shoot 77's while the 80gr SMK has shown to be best at 600 yards. Notice in White Oak Precision's info that they mentioned Florida HighPower and New Jersey Highpower site and they both have discussions and loading info.
The CMP forum has some good info as does NationalMatchus forum but you have to sign up on it.
