Front barrel band dilemma!

I have a good friend that has a Winchester Model 57 which is a .22 bolt action rifle.(old and getting rare) He has been trying to get a front barrel band for the rifle for many years and I told him I would ask online if anyone knows where he could find the band. He told me that a front barrel band from a model 75 will not fit. Anyone know where I could pick up the correct band? I have searched several parts dealers with no success! Thanks! Ken

try Outback Gun parts; Dick Williams Gun shop; Jack first. these folks have a varied supply

Call John Taylor at Taylor Machine (253-445-4073). He specializes in old Winchesters and such.
