McCormick Shooting Star 1911 Magazine
I purchased a couple more McCormick 8 round Shooting Star magazines for my 1911. They are blued with a steel follower. They fit and work perfectly in my Kimber. Rounds load easily (the last one is a little tight), and the magazines are tough and well-constructed. Best of all, they are reliable. I never have problems with first or last round feeding (or any in between), and the slide always locks back on an empty mag. I strongly recommend the McCormick Shooting Star magazine for any full-size 1911 .45. They are well made and very reasonably priced.

Fremmer, I have been using the stainless ones for years. Zero problems.
