CHAMPION 12 gauge shotgun
I have a 12 gauge shotgun with the only markings on it that says "CHAMPION."
There is a serial number of 12244. It is a single shot with a side, trigger guard release to open the breach. I am trying to find out when it was made. I assume it is an Iver Johnson, but it does not have anything on it except "CHAMPION." Thanks for any help. |

Probably a Ivur Johnson model 37 champion. They were produced from 1909-1922. Somewhat rare. Hope that helps.
